  • The NY Striploin steak is one of our most popular steaks and for good reason, it’s easy to grill or even pan fry in a skillet. This striploin steak is easy to prepare and has a reasonable amount of fat for a flavourful dish. This particular striploin is trimmed and left with a smaller fat cap that can be trimmed down even further if desired.

    • 5/8” to ¾” thick

    • Some marbling

    • Moderately lean meat

    • Cooking recommendations: Grill or pan fry in skillet
